“ I come here as much as I can. I love that it's off on the side of the road away from tourists. For a great variety of food, go to the Dole plantation across the street. Used my friend Jpdy as a reason to go, and we took pictures. It was fun. Of course, I got my Dole whip!! ”
“ Glad we stopped here. Group of 6 and between all of us we had an acai bowl, Pina colada shave ice, fries, fish & chips, garlic shrimp meal, surf & turf, and the ahi meal. Everyone enjoyed everything and would definitely recommend. Service was on the slow side but the food made it worth the wait! ”
“ If you’re going to the North Shore, this is a MANDATORY Stop… This is by far the best place in Oahu. And I was only here 15 mins from order to the time I got my food and left. On our way to see the Turtles on the North Shore, my girl and I went to the Dole Plantation across the street but because of the line I didn’t get anything but coffee (she got dole whip). I came to the food truck for the shrimp but ended up ordering steak because I couldn’t pass it up. When I say this was hands down the best steak I’ve tasted in my life so far, I am not lying. It was tender and came with a full plate complete with pineapple slice, rice AND potato salad as well as corn and a sauce prepared by the chef. There was plenty of room to park and sit underneath the shade of nearby trees and the service was very generous: (While waiting, I was given a free cup of dole whip ????????). I told my girlfriend now we have to come back to Hawaii so I can get the surf and turf (steak and shrimp). I wish I had taken photos of the truck but we were racing towards the sunset. We ultimately didn’t see the turtles but the food truck was worth the 45 min drive north from Waikiki. If you’re going to the North Shore, this is a MANDATORY Stop. Visit the Dole Plantation but eat at Blue Water Shrimp Co. ”
“ The best food my husband and I have ever had! The service is amazing and everyone is super friendly! The steak and shrimp meal with potato salad, fish sandwich, and pineapple are other worldly! Do not skip out on this place! ”
“ Stopped for a $3 pineapple, and checked out the food truck.. I ordered the Ahi blackened. For a food truck kinda in the middle of no where I had little expectations of something decent.. I was blown away.. possibly the best Ahi I've ever had. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Well done and compliments thr the chef (Frank!) Good prices for the plates and no crowds. Well played, looking forward to going back. ”
“ Delicious and Fresh! Blue Water Shrimp food truck is a gem! The mango smoothie was super fresh and naturally sweet—perfect for a hot day. The steak and shrimp were flavorful, tender, and cooked just right. Fast, friendly service and great portions. Highly recommend! ”
